First, we'll complete your loan application together, over the phone or in person - and generally in a half hour or less. Believe it or not, this can save you hours of time. I'll make copies of your original documents for you; come to your home if it is more convenient than meeting at my office, and at hours of the day that are convenient for you.

When it is time for you to sign your loan documents, I will be there with you and will have already reviewed the closing statement for accuracy. If I am unable to attend in person for some reason, I will endeavor to be available by phone. If it is more convenient for you to sign your loan documents at your home or office, I will arrange that, too.
